At Sabre Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flatware and dinnerware; if you are not entirely pleased, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original Sabre packaging and protective sleeves to ensure they are not scratched or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
